Glasson Takes Third in Rainy Regional Race - Makes Factory Team |
| Cole Glasson made a trip to a regional race to test the Tornado. It was classic bad Texas winter weather with wind chills around 35. Fuel separation plagued Cole's crew chief but eventually Tim and Jeff got it figured out and Cole was back at it. He ended up Third while trying to get the kart set up for heavy rain. They were fabricating solutions to keep the engine running as fast as possible but it was the fuel separation that was plaguing them.
When they got it all sorted out they ended up getting third in the Regional race and earning a spot on the Tornado Factory Team for 2008 for Cole. Even though he is only 7 and 4 months old he has shown amazing versatility and drive in his first three races. For a seven year old to finish in third in a cold full on rain while the crew was still trying to figure out set ups for rain is amazing. What will he do next? We are glad to confirm the nomination of Cole Glasson to the Tornado Cadet Factory team.
